Aims and Scope
The editorial policy of the journal "Information Technologies and Computer Engineering" is based on the principles of objective and impartial selection of articles for publication, high requirements for the quality of scientific research, mandatory peer review, collegial decision-making on publications, accessibility and efficiency in communication with authors, as well as strict observance of copyright and related rights. The main criteria for the selection of materials are their novelty, relevance of ideas, as well as scientific and factual accuracy of the submitted works.
The purpose of the journal "Information Technologies and Computer Engineering" is to inform and coordinate the scientific community about theoretical and applied research results in the field of information technologies and computer engineering; to create an open discussion platform for the exchange of views and dissemination of information among scientists; to stimulate interdisciplinary relations and an integrated approach to the study of phenomena in the field of information technologies.
