Terms of Publication
The editorial board of the journal Information Technologies and Computer Engineering accepts for consideration original research papers presenting fundamental or applied studies in the following fields:
- - biological and medical instruments and systems;
- - information technologies, coding theory and data processing;
- - information-measuring systems and technologies;
- - computer systems, architectures and hardware components;
- - mathematical modelling and numerical methods;
- - instruments and methods for substance composition analysis;
- - radio-measuring instruments and systems.
Language of Publication
Manuscripts are accepted in Ukrainian or English (British English). English-language submissions must be professionally translated. Materials translated using online translation tools will not be considered.
Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts should be submitted to the editorial office in electronic form:
- - by e-mail to info@itce.com.ua, or
- - via the “Submit an Article” section on the journal’s official website.
Once a manuscript has been submitted, changes to the list of authors are not permitted.
Author Information
A separate file containing author information must accompany the manuscript, provided in both Ukrainian and English. Please include the following details:
- - first name, patronymic, and surname;
- - academic degree and academic title (if applicable);
- - position and full institutional affiliation;
- - postal address of the institution;
- - ORCID identifier;
- - contact e-mail address.
File Naming Requirements
File names should correspond to the surname of the first author, for example: Ivanchuk_Article.docx, Ivanchuk_Authors.docx.
Manuscript Review
The date of submission is considered to be the date on which the manuscript is received by the editorial office. Submissions that do not comply with these requirements may be rejected without review, and the authors will be notified accordingly.
