Immittance logic is proposed, based on which the logical state of the circuit is determined by the nature of the immittance RLC parameters. To construct immittance logic circuits, it is proposed to use the properties of single-transistor generalized immittance converters operating in linear mode. The estimate of the potential speed of immittance logic circuits is of the order of 10-9 – 10-12 s and is limited by transient phenomena in transistor structures
