A fast algorithm for determining the impact of access network element failures on customer service quality
Serhii Telenyk, Oleksandr Rolik, Maxym Yasochka, Dmytro MaliuhinThe problem of determining the impact of access network element failures on the quality of customer service, which is important for large telecommunications service operators, is considered. An approach to quickly solving the problem in the conditions of strict real-world requirements of operators for response time to network failures is proposed, which is based on the idea of combining production and algorithmic approaches.
