Expert system based on fuzzy logic for predicting the performance of a biogas plant with a mechanical mixing device

The work proposes an expert system based on fuzzy logic for predicting the productivity of a biogas plant for modeling the biogas yield, which allows predicting the biogas yield based on certain quantitative and qualitative factors. This makes it possible to optimize the technological process of anaerobic fermentation of a substance in order to increase the productivity of biogas plants and reduce their energy consumption. A numerical experiment was performed to determine the influence of the frequency of rotation of the blade. vertical mixer and the influence of power on the efficiency of the process of general excitation of the substance based on the results of computer mathematical modeling using an expert modeling system based on fuzzy logic
