Information and regulatory support for the organization of multi-agent control of an electric power system with an active consumer

A technology platform to ensure the effective operation of interconnected power system of Ukraine with energy prosumer is created. It includes regulatory framework, information support and prosumer models with relationship with the system operator. The information model to create a reference architecture UES Ukraine which meet international standards necessary to consider all aspects of building Smart Grid systems. The system mechanisms "enhance" customer-oriented to the needs and interests of the consumer. An algorithm for determining the potential of active behavior of the consumers. The measures to ensure the effective interaction of active customers among themselves and with the system operator.
