The main purpose of the information war is to reprogram the consciousness of the social part of the socio-technical system through non-violent actions. One way to achieve this goal is to conduct special information operations in the information space through a variety of impact channels. The information impact model that takes into account the possible impact channels, the characteristics of the impact object, which may vary depending on the purpose of information impact, as well as the emotional component of the conventional information unit - meme is proposed. The developed model can be applied both in the implementation of a special information-psychological operation, and protection from it. The proposed model of information impact is proposed to be integrated in the structures of situational centers, which will ensure a guaranteed level of integrated information security of the relevant information impact site at the "individual-enterprise-region-state" level
