Ultraviolet spectrophotometry of blood plasma for determining the albumin-globulin ratio in diagnosing mammary gland pathologies

Sergii Pavlov, Vladyslava Sholota

In the paper presents experimental researches for determing the magnitude of the albumin-globulin coefficient for ultraviolet spectrophotometry of human plasma in the diagnosis of breast pathologies. The specificity of the method (71%) exceeds its sensitivity (69% and 64%) for the diagnosis of benign changes (mastopathy) and breast cancer, respectively
