Identification of heat transfer gas parameters in a computer model of heating and cooling of a blast furnace nozzle
Olena Kobysh, Oleksandr SimkinThe paper analyzes the processes of heat exchange in the heating and cooling nozzle blast stove as a regenerative system. The identification of the parameters of the gas-coolant with the determination of the actual volume of the gas in the current layer of the nozzle by fragmentation of the time step in the process of computer simulation has been carried out. Calculation of the volume of the moving gascoolant, complicated by changing the speed of the gas, depending on the current temperature, allows you to determine the amount of heat that blast furnace blasting will receive when operating the air heater in blast heating mode. This article explores the convergence heat balance tips and the comparative analysis of simulation results with experimental data, based on which concludes the adequacy and accuracy of developed computer model
