The article proposes new approaches to the construction of highly linear specialized current mirrors. Schematic solutions for current reflectors with improved characteristics, such as increased output resistance and high linearity of the transfer characteristic, are proposed. With the help of computer simulation were obtained quantitative values of these parameters, which demonstrates their significant improvement. Recommendations are given for constructing current-to-current converters (voltage-to-current) based on the described current mirrors
