Evaluation of the level of influence of labor motivation on the efficiency of activity
Iryna Spivak, Svitlana KrepychEffective performance of work by an employee is determined by three factors: motivation (employee's desire to perform their work), work environment (resources that the company allocates to improve the tasks) and ability (ability of the employee to perform the task). Since motivation is a set of factors that cause people's behavior depending on the factors influencing them, the goal of the HR manager is to motivate the employee to perform his direct duties and be interested in his work, as well as to minimize the probability of the situation when the employee fails to perform his duties. Therefore, the question arises of developing an evaluation system that can identify the effectiveness of the employee in the firm by his level of motivation, as well as improve this indicator through the influence of external factors on the motivational level of the employee. Based on formalized criteria of work efficiency, which form three groups of motivating factors, a method of evaluation work efficiency has been developed, which allows management to evaluate the level of motivation of each employee
