Methods for improving the static characteristics of current reflectors

The article reviews methods of improving the static characteristics of current mirrors by reducing their input resistance and a substantial increase in output. Analyzed the proposed approaches to functional organization of these devices based on parametric and compensation Wilson current mirror. Been derived the analytic relations for the evaluation of input and output resistances of the proposed structures. Realizable comparative analysis of static characteristics of the proposed and known schemes. It is shown that the proposed device essentially win basic on the above parameters
