In current worka research was held anda new simplified circuit model of neural element was proposed as well as verification for correspondence of the proposed neuron model scheme with the mathematical model of LIF-neuron. A simulation environment NI Multisimwas used for the creation of neural element scheme model and the environment CSIM was usedfor the mathematical modeldisplaying.The performed research of computer model for the proposed scheme of neural element created usingzener diodeshows that itstransmitting characteristic is adequate to according characteristic of the LIF-neuronwith great accuracy. The proposed neural element scheme can be used to construct hardware implementations of spiking neural networks with a large number of elements
