Modeling the decision-making process for network load distribution under multi-criteria conditions
Roman Kvyetnyy, Volodymyr Kotsiubynskyi, Liudmyla MelnykIn the article authors resolve some tasks like developing of approach to build general criteria estimating alternative decisions with usage results of long or double long memory time series modeling and prognostigation in multi criteria conditions.Also the article is devoted to the approach to model the decision-making process about the partition of network load in the multi criteria conditions, using developed approach. For this purpose decision making system is developed on the basis of appropriate mathematical models, its working mechanism is described. In addition authors showed its application on the real example and estimated efficiency of the developed approach for given practical task
