In the article, the comparative analysis of existent facilities for automatic time-tables creation is executed. The development requirements are gone into details to automatic time-tables forming facilities in educational establishments field. The automatic time-tables forming model chart is offered after the Pareto algorithm. The automatic time-tables forming model is developed, which is based on the Pareto compromises method and classic theory of time-tables. The compromises algorithm is also used for automatic time-tables forming after the Pareto algorithm and the proper tool is created as asoftware
