Technology for building an information model of a city's transport network based on geoinformation models of its elements

The problem of managing city traffic flows using geoinformation technologies has been considered. A new information technology for automated construction of a geoinformation model of the city's transport network has been developed based on a knowledge base of models of elements of this network, taking into account their importance for a given type of problem. A number of methods for applying this technology in practice have been proposed. Its practical testing has been carried out in the city of Vinnytsia
